Michelle Rodino-Colocino (she/they) is a media studies professor at Penn State. Born in Long Island, her folks moved her shy self to LA at the age of 7 where the asphalt was unwelcoming. But the beach and a summer mime class eventually made up for it. Michelle loves telling stories in various forms to fight for social justice and laugh with other humans. Michelle does stand up and improv, hoping to listen, yes, and, and satirically comment our way to a better plane. Michelle has studied improv and comedy at The PIT Theatre, Second City, Magnet, Freestyle Love Supreme Academy, and Happy Valley Improv.
A joyous shoutout to the amazing Kimberly Alu for the creativity and comfort she inspires as a teacher and to Kimberly and Dana Shulman for founding SDI!
