Shaun Landry

Shaun Landry (she/her) currently teaches at The Pack Theater, is the Artistic Director of Oui Be Negroes, and cofounded The San Francisco Improv Festival. She is also half of the Duo of Landry & Summers and currently produces The Seniors and The Nationals. Shaun has worked for The Second City Chicago Tour Company & Children’s Theater, Geese Theater Company, and African American Shakespeare Company .


She has been in the improvisational festival circuit teaching and performing at The Kansas City, Big Stinkin Improv Austin, The Funny Women’s New York, Miami, Hawaii, Duofest Philadelphia, Improv Festival, Oberlin College, Chicago, Amsterdam, Seoul and Tokyo Improv Festivals, BATS Improv Comedy Festivals ,and has taught at universities including Stanford and Northwestern.  


She can be read in numerous books including Whose Improv is it Anyway: Beyond the Second City.  As a member of the SAG/AFTRA, she has appeared on Conan, Transparent, and in the movies Read You Like a Book as Marcia, with Danny Glover and Karen Black, and The Oscar Award winning movie Milk as Gwenn Craig, with Sean Penn.
